Owners Angel Carbajal and Masayuki Niikura who opened their first Nicksan in Cabo in 1994, have created amazing congruencies between Mexican and Japanese flavors in signature dishes, both hot and cold. Nicksan transcends boundaries by importing authentic Japanese products and fusing them with local Mexican ingredients.
